I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of including breakfast in the rate. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to arrange taxis for us, although there might be room for improvement in teamwork among the team members. The location, right above the train station, was incredibly convenient for traveling to London and accessing the airport. The dining experience was decent, with a good selection, and the facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the rooms were well-equipped and spacious with great amenities like a huge mirror and tea/coffee facilities, the lack of alternative cooling options when it was too hot was a drawback. The small bathroom was a bit cramped. The service had its ups and downs; some staff members were incredibly helpful, while others seemed inexperienced. The location was superb for my needs, close to essential sites and transportation options. The dining experience left much to be desired, with tasteless offerings and poor quality. Despite some shortcomings, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
